1 Information We Collect Via Google API Services

GmbPulse.tech accesses your Google My Business / Google Business Profile account details via official Google secure OAuth handshakes. We collect and cache:

• Your core Google Account Identifier and associated Location Profile IDs.
• Public customer reviews posted to your live Google Maps listings.
• Plaintext summaries and media items uploaded into your scheduling queues.

2 Structural Data Utilization

We process this location data solely to:

• Generate context-aware automated AI responses to your business reviews inside our backend processing workers.
• Publish scheduled updates and photos directly to your live Google Maps listings matching standard API media parameters.
• Provide a lightweight external plugin layout to showcase cached reviews on your personal website widgets.

3 Data Isolation, Storage, and Revocation

• Token Encryption: All OAuth access codes are strictly encrypted at rest inside our database architecture to maintain absolute tenant multi-tenant isolation.
• No Distribution: We do not pass, share, or sell profile logs or consumer metrics to external marketing or advertising analytics providers.
• Absolute Revocation: Users retain full control and can permanently purge all stored tokens and dashboard data instantly by revoking permissions via their Google Security account profile settings or deleting their account from our panel.
