1 Acceptable Use of Automation
By linking your Google Business Profile to GmbPulse.tech, you authorize our background queues to execute API calls on your behalf. You agree not to utilize our AI content generator to publish deceptive, fraudulent, spammy, or violating content to Google Maps storefronts.
2 Subscriptions and UPI Billing
All recurring tier selections (Starter, Growth, Agency) operate via secure payment mandates. Payments are non-refundable once an active billing cycle has processed. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your central Filament management panel.
3 Limitation of Liability
GmbPulse acts purely as a middleware optimization agent. Under no circumstances do we assume legal or operational liability for profile suspensions, administrative actions taken by Google My Business, or transactional losses generated from automated review responses.
